Ingredients
- 150 g butter or mararine
- 200 g suar
- 1 tablespoon cardamom
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 150 g nuts (pecans) or almonds, rouhly chopped
- 250 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 340 g berries (cranberry)

- Stir the butter in a bowl until soft. Add sugar, cardamom and salt. Stir in one egg at a time, stirring until the mixture is light.
- Mix in the nuts. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture.
- Carefully fold the cranberries into the mixture, pour the dough into a greased and floured (or lined with baking paper) tin approx.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
