Fried Potato Zrazy with Minced Meat

Today I will tell you how to cook potato zrazy with minced meat. This is a delicious and uncomplicated dish. Fried potato pies with filling are appetizing, tender inside, and crispy outside. Delight!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Minced meat – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Wheat flour – 30 g
  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Bread crumbs – 1 glass
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Potato zrazy can be made with different fillings – minced meat, stewed cabbage, mushrooms.

Directions

  1. Mix pre-boiled and mashed potatoes with eggs, milk and flour, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Then fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat and fry the minced meat with onions for another 15 minutes.
  4. Form cakes from potato dough put the meat filling on them, connect the edges of the cake, and give the zrazy the shape of pies.
  5. Dip potato cutlets (zrazy) with meat filling in bread crumbs and fry the zrazy in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve ready-made zrazy with minced meat with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
