Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough or homemade yeast dough
  • 4 medium onion (s), diced
  • 4 garlic clove (s), crushed or finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g minced meat, (pork, beef or lamb)
  • 250 cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in oil in a pan, roast the onions and garlic and season everything with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough. Spread the mixture on the dough, roll up the dough and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices.
  2. Place the snails on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle cheese over them. Bake at 220 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
  3. Can be eaten cold and warm.
