- 200 g butter or mararine
- 200 g flour
- 6 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- salt
For the filling:
- 0.5 ½ cup jam, to taste

- Make a dough from ingredients. Chill for 1 hour.
- Roll out approx. 3 mm thick and cut into squares approx. 8 cm. Put the filling on top and roll it up from one corner. Bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
