Ingredients

  • 400 g flour, (whole wheat flour)
  • 400 g flour, (whole spelled flour)
  • 75 g flaxseed
  • 75 g millet
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ spice mix for bread (coriander, caraway, fennel) if you like, you can also use 1
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 700 ml water, warm, approx. 35 ° degrees
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast with salt and sugar in warm water. I always use the hand blender for this.
  2. Mix both types of flour. Add millet, linseed, sunflower seeds and the bread spice and mix with the flour.
  3. Then add the yeast dissolved in water and knead everything very well.
  4. If the dough is still sticky, a little flour can be added.
  5. Put the dough in a greased dish sprinkled with flaxseed and millet. Brush with a little water and sprinkle with a few grains on top.
  6. The bread mold 40 cm. (I took 2 of 20 cm) in the not! Place in the preheated oven.
  7. Then bake at 190 ° for 60 minutes on top / bottom heat.
  8. After baking, take the bread straight out of the mold and let it cool on a wire rack.
  9. I`ve also baked the bread with millet, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Is also very tasty.
