  • 500 g onion (s), cut into strips
  • 500 g cheese, Gouda cheese, coarsely rated
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Layer the prepared ingredients in a greased baking dish as follows: first minced meat, then tomatoes, followed by onions and finally a layer of cheese.
  2. Whisk the cream with the egg yolk and season with a little paprika powder.
  3. Pour over the cheese and bake at 180 ° for approx. 40 - 50 minutes.
