  • 1 packet fresh yeast or dry yeast
  • 450 ml water, warm
  • 500g flour
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 handful oat flakes, for sprinkling
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix fresh yeast with water or mix dry yeast with flour. Add all the other ingredients except the oatmeal and mix well. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with the oat flakes and place in the cold oven. Let rise for approx. 10-15 minutes, then bake in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 60 minutes (with hot air 170 ° C and 50 minutes). Remove the hot bread from the mold and let it cool down. Tips: Grains can be left out or replaced (raisins, almonds, nuts). The loaf pan can also be greased and sprinkled with oat flakes before baking, so that the bread loosens more easily after baking.
