Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast or 1 pack dry yeast
- 250 ml water, warm
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 250 g flour
- 50 g rains (sesame, sunflower, flaxseed)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Dissolve the dry yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in the remaining ingredients - this results in a rather mushy mass. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish or jug. Let rise for 10 minutes. Cook in the microwave for 8 minutes at 600 watts. I then let everything follow suit for another 5 minutes, but that is not absolutely necessary. The bread has no crust because of the rather unusual preparation.
