A Quick Snack of Champignons

Mushrooms, fried with onions, with the addition of soy sauce, are extremely tasty. The dish is prepared very quickly, it looks beautiful. The mushrooms are very fragrant and rich.

Cook: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Champignons – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce – 4 tablespoons l.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Green onions (or parsley) – for decoration

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Fry over medium heat in a little vegetable oil.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and add to the onion.
  4. We clean the mushrooms from dirt with a cloth or sponge and cut them coarsely. If the mushrooms are very small, they can be cooked whole.
  5. We send mushrooms to the onions and make the fire stronger.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, salt a little, given that the soy sauce is salty.
  7. When the mushrooms have darkened, add the soy sauce and pepper to taste. Simmer in the sauce until all the liquid has evaporated.
  8. Mushrooms in soy sauce are ready.
  9. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
