Instructions

  1. First of all, it should be said: all herbs are fresh. It would have to work with dried ones, but since I haven`t tested that, I don`t guarantee the taste of the version.
  2. We fill the spirit in a vessel with a large opening. We take a tea filter, fill it
  3. Add 50 g aniseed, 25 g wormwood, 50 g fennel, 10 g chamomile, 10 g peppermint, 10 g hyssop and 10 g sage and hang it in the spirit. We let it go for 48 hours.
  4. Then we hang a second tea bag with 10 g lemon balm, 15 g wormwood and 5 g lemon peel. We take samples and if we like it, we take out the bags (always after another 72 hours for me).
  5. Everything works without tea bags, but then you have to filter at the end.
  6. Because of the high alcohol content, don`t worry, you mix absinthe with clear water to drink, which reduces the alcohol content.
