Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion (s), sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Pepper-grains
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 3 piece (s) ginger, small

Instructions

  1. Mix all positions well and cook for about 45 minutes (until the chicken is nice and tender) over medium heat. If there is not enough liquid, add a little vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. I suggest rice as a side dish. You can add thyme as an additional spice, but unfortunately I haven`t tried it yet.
