- 1 part / s Blue Curaçao
- 1 part / s orange liqueur
- 6 part / s ouzo
- 16 part / s lemonade, chilled
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- Pre-mix Blue Curacao, orange liqueur and ouzo in a screw-top glass (saves space in the refrigerator) and cool next to the lemon soda. To serve, add a splash of lemon juice to each aperitif glass, then pour up to a third of the ouzo mixture and then top up with the lemon soda. A bowl of pistachios goes well with it. The cocktail has around 12% vol.
