- 0.2 liters cream
- 100 g chocolate mint bars
- 250 g cream quark
- 1 point cream stabilizer
- 30 g chocolate mint bars
- Mint, for decoration

- Heat the cream only slightly in a small saucepan (do not let it boil!) And dissolve the After Eight tablets in it, stirring constantly. Take the cream mixture off the stove and pour it into a blender jar. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, stir the cream curd in a bowl with a whisk until smooth. Take the cream mixture out of the refrigerator and beat it stiffly with a mixer on the highest setting, gradually pouring in the cream stiffener. Carefully fold the cream mixture into the cream quark.
- Pour the cream evenly into small dessert bowls or glasses and serve decorated with After Eight tablets and mint.
