Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate (after eiht bars)
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 90 g suar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 250 g buttermilk

For the glaze:

  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 2 drops oil (peppermint oil)

Instructions

  1. Crush the After Eight tablets and mix them with the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl, add sugar, oil and buttermilk and mix well.
  3. Add the two mixtures together and mix well!
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes
  5. Mix powdered sugar, 2-3 teaspoons of hot water and 2-3 drops of peppermint oil to a smooth glaze.
  6. Dip the upper half of the muffins into it or brush it with a brush and decorate with a peppermint leaf if you like.
