- 150 ml milk, 1.5%
- 1 tablespoon syrup (mint syrup)
- 4 scoops ice cream (stracciatella)
- Mint, fresh

- Put the milk, the mint syrup and ice in a blender and mix vigorously for about a minute. Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with the mint leaves, serve immediately.
