Ingredients

  • 150 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 orange (s)
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 250 g yourt
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Sort out the lamb`s lettuce, wash and pat dry. Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces. Also cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the onion pieces in it. Mix the lamb`s lettuce, oranges, pineapple and onion.
  3. Mix the yogurt with the salt and honey. Pour over the salad as a dressing.
