Ingredients

  • 4 cl milk
  • 8 cl olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk and olive oil in a container with the hand blender for about 5 minutes until the consistency of mayonnaise is reached. Then add the chopped garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix again vigorously with the hand blender.
  2. Tip: use fresh milk, do not use long-life milk. To achieve the right consistency, always use oil and milk in a ratio of 2: 1.
