- Preheat the oven to 190 - 200 ° C top / bottom heat or convection 160 ° C.
- Put all ingredients - except the fruit spread - in a bowl, stir briefly with the electric hand mixer until all ingredients are well mixed (max. 1 minute).
- Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Turn the cake platter out onto a sugar-sprinkled kitchen towel and spread it with fruit spread. Shape into a roll from the long side and allow to cool. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
