- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 750 g potato (s)
- 5 carrot (s)
- 2 leeks
- 3 onion (s)
- 1 liter broth
- 200 g processed cheese with herbs
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- some oil

- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and fry them crumbly in a large saucepan with a little oil.
- Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, cut the leek into rings. Add everything to the meat and fill up with the broth. Let simmer for about 25 - 30 minutes over low heat.
- Then stir in the processed cheese (sometimes I also use double the amount of cheese), add salt and pepper sparingly and season with nutmeg.
- A quick and inexpensive lunch
