- 125 ml milk
- 60 g flour
- 10 g butter
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- Water, or broth

- Milk, butter and salt are allowed to boil, stir in the flour and keep stirring until a lump baked off from the bottom of the pot.
- Now you take the pot off the stove and stir the egg yolk into the hot mass, the egg white is beaten into egg whites and lifted under the cooled mass.
- You cut off dumplings with a wet spoon and cook them in salted water or broth for about 5 minutes.
