Ingredients

  • 2 packs puff pastry, vegan
  • 500 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) or oat cream
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped flour
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the spring onions. Mix with the soy cream, 3 heaping tablespoons of flour, salt, pepper and herbs as desired.
  3. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin slices.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on baking paper and shape the edges. Spread the mixture on the dough. Then spread the sun-dried tomatoes on top. Brush the edges with the oil from the tomatoes.
  5. Place in the oven for approx. 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
