- 3 egg whites
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 250 g powdered suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 350 g almond (s), round
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 35 almond (s), whole (with skin)

- Beat egg whites with salt until very stiff. Sprinkle powdered sugar with vanilla sugar. Put 1/3 of the mass to one side.
- Mix the rest of the mixture with the flour, almonds and cinnamon. Shape walnut-sized balls. Place on a baking sheet, place a swab on the meringue mass and place an almond on top. Let dry for 2 hours at room temperature. Bake at 125 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
