Almond Cookies with Dried Cherries

Delicious cookies. Delicate and crumbly! Tasty home-style!!!
Ingredients
- Oatmeal flakes (instant) – 3 tbsp
- Wheat flour / Flour – 11 tbsp
- Sugar – 150 g
- Butter – 100 g
- Chicken egg – 2 pieces
- Almonds – 50 g
- Cherries (dried) – 50 g
- Baking dough – 1 teaspoon.
- Vanillin
Directions
- Cut the cherries into small pieces. Lightly fry and chop the almonds.
- Melt butter, mix with sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Add oatmeal, nuts, cherries, baking powder, and vanillin to the flour. Mix.
- Adding a spoonful of the flour mixture to the egg mixture, knead the dough.
- Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Spoon the cookies onto the paper. We send in preheated to 200 gr. oven for 15 minutes.
- We take it out, remove it from the baking sheet, and cool.
