Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon apple juice
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g suar
  • 60 g flour
  • 75 g almond (s), sliced
  • 25 g almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter. Stir in apple juice, vanilla sugar and sugar. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Carefully fold in the flaked almonds and chopped almonds. Let the dough rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Place a teaspoon of dough at a time on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press flat. Leave a gap of approx. 10 cm between the piles as they diverge.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove 200 ° C, gas setting 3) for about 10 minutes. Let thalers cool down a little on the hot baking sheet, then carefully remove from the sheet and let cool down completely.
