Almond Oatmeal Cookies with Jam

Delicious and healthy, homemade instant cookies that perfectly complement your morning tea or coffee!

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Two glasses of oatmeal and grind the almonds in a coffee grinder. I have a 210 ml glass.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar and liqueur. Add cinnamon, vanillin, and butter.
Mix 1 tablespoon in a bowl. flour, oatmeal, almonds, salt and pour warm milk in a thin stream. The remaining 1/2 tablespoon. put the flour aside.
Add the egg mixture to the bowl, the reserved flour, if the dough is thin, mix well, and let the dough stand for 15 minutes. The dough should be thick.
Roll out the dough and form it into balls the size of a nut and then a round cookie. Make a depression at the top of each cookie and fill it with jam.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, no more, until they begin to brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes. According to this recipe, I got 3 dozen cookies with a diameter of 5 cm
