Ingredients
- 175 g chocolate (almond whole milk)
- 150 g chocolate (crisp), white
- 150 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
- 125 g butter, soft
- 40 g suar, brown
- 2 egg (s)
- 175 g flour
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder

- Shred the almond chocolate and amarettini. Add white chocolate and chop on speed 4-6. It depends on how big the pieces should be. Then add the butter and stir everything well. Add eggs and sugar and beat until creamy, turning it counterclockwise.
- If the sugar becomes too sweet for you, you can simply leave it out. Then stir in the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder well.
- Place the dough in small heaps on the baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 12 minutes.
- The amount is for approx. 4 trays.
