Ingredients

  • 500 g radish (s), peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except for the cream and the chives in the mixing bowl, close and chop for approx. 10 seconds on speed 4. Add the cream and chives and mix for approx. 5 seconds on reverse, speed 2.
  2. Tip: You can also replace the cream with 100 - 150 g quark or sour cream. I haven`t tried that yet.
  3. Tastes great with a Bavarian snack.
