- Beat eggs with sugar until foamy, alternately fold in flour with baking powder and sour cream. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the well-drained mandarins on top, sprinkle with flaked almonds mixed with sugar, then bake. Melt the butter and brush it onto the hot cake.
