Amazing Coconut Pie

Mix kefir with egg. Instead of kefir, you can take sour milk, which also makes the dough fit perfectly.
Add flour and baking powder and mix again. At the end, add sugar, including vanilla
Add baking powder or soda (slaked with vinegar). Knead a homogeneous dough and pour it into a pan in which we will bake the cake. I usually take the round shape.
Separately mix sugar and coconut. Pour the mass into the mold at once, and sprinkle with sugar and shavings on top. We put in the oven for half an hour. The baking temperature should be at least 180 degrees.
The last important step – after you take out the cake, pour it immediately with 20% cream.
