  • 75 g parmesan, rated
  • 250 g tomato (s), sliced
  • 2 egg (s)
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g ham, raw, thinly sliced
  • oregano
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Using flour, salt, margarine and water, quickly knead a smooth dough. You put it cold and roll it out. Cover the bottom of a baking tray or a 26 cm springform pan with it. pull up a little at the edge.
  2. Spread the ham on top, the Parmesan cheese on top, and the tomatoes on top.
  3. The ham cake is now pre-baked at 225-250 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, whisk together eggs, milk, cream and spices and spread over the cake.
  5. Now bake again for about 15 minutes until the egg milk is lightly browned.
  6. Enjoy it while still warm. Serve with tomato ketchup.
