Ingredients
- 280 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (5 g) or baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (6 g)
- 225 g butter, soft
- 150 g suar, white
- 165 g suar, brown
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
- 2 large egg (s)
- 335 g chocolate (chocolate chips)
- 120 g nuts, chopped, possibly

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Mix the flour, baking soda or baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another large bowl, stir the butter, white and brown sugar and vanilla extract until frothy, gradually add the eggs, stir thoroughly.
- Add the flour mixture, stir. Now stir in the chocolate droplets (possibly also the nuts).
- Using a teaspoon, place the dough in piles on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown for 9-11 minutes. Allow to cool a little on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
