Ingredients

  • 1 slice (s) beef jerky
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 500 g beans, reen
  • 3 small Can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • Cayenne pepper
  • some savory
  • some flour
  • oil
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the jerky and leave it in a saucepan with a little oil. Peel off the garlic cloves, mash them and fry them with them.
  2. Clean the beans, cut into pieces and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and then add to the beef. Add the peeled tomatoes and let them stew. Season with cayenne pepper, paprika powder, salt and pepper and add the savory. Steam another half an hour. Finally, bind with a little mixed flour.
  3. Potatoes and roasted meat go well with it.
