Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork goulash
  • 1 kg ground meat, or fresh sausage
  • 5 vegetable onion (s)
  • 2 large cans peach (s)
  • 1 large bottle (s) ketchup (curry)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them with the meat. Shape the mince into small balls and fry them too.
  2. First layer the meat, then the meatballs in a roasting pan, pour peach halves or slices over them. Pour juice from a can over it, sprinkle with ketchup and sambal oelek.
  3. Cover and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 hours. Do not open the roaster when doing this.
