Ingredients

  • 600 g spaetzle, uncooked
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 125 g Gouda
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
  • 500 ml broth
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the spaetzle in salted water according to the instructions, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season. Add the peppers and stew until soft. Now fry the tomato paste a little and deglaze with the stock. Melt the cheese in it. Add to the spaetzle, stir and pour into a baking dish.
  4. This can now be served immediately if required or warmed up in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
