- 200 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 1 point baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 125 ml red wine
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles

- Separate the eggs and beat them with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Mix the butter with sugar until foamy and add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar. Then add the flour, red wine, cocoa, chocolate sprinkles and rum and stir everything well.

- Bake the cake at 180 ° for 1 hour.
