Ingredients
- 700 ml cherry juice
- 1 orange (s), organic (peel and juice)
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ gingerbread spice or
- 1 teaspoon mulled wine spice
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

- Bring the peel of the orange, the juice and all the spices to the boil, add the preserving sugar and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, either pass through a sieve or filter and fill into twist-off glasses while still hot, close, turn.
