Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the sprinkles:

  • 250 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g mararine, or butter, liquid
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 glass applesauce

Instructions

  1. I use a normal coffee cup as a cup measure.
  2. Make a batter from oil, milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and eggs.
  3. For the crumble, mix coconut flakes, margarine, sugar, flour and baking powder.
  4. Put the batter on a baking sheet, spread a glass of applesauce on top, top with the crumble.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
