Peel the tomatoes. To do this, put the tomatoes in boiling water and drain immediately. The skin can now be easily peeled off (do not leave the tomatoes in hot water for longer, otherwise the pulp will be mushy).
Halve the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into fine cubes. Peel the onions and also finely dice them. Finely chop the parsley.
Mix together the tomato paste, Antep Biber and olive oil. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fresh thin flatbread tastes good with this.
