Ingredients
- 4 cl Aperol
- 150 ml bitter lemon
- some ice cubes
- 1 sprig mint
- ginger, fresh

- Put a few ice cubes in a wine glass, pour Aperol over it and fill up with bitter lemon.
- Serve with a sprig of mint for even more freshness. Press the mint in your hand a little so that it gives off more aroma and pour it into the glass.
- If you like, you can also add a slice of fresh ginger.
