Ingredients

  • 2 apples (Granny Smith)
  • 2 avocado (s)
  • Lemons)
  • 4 leaves sorrel
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, quarter and core apples, cut into thin slices or slice. Peel and halve the avocados, remove the seeds. Cut the avocado halves into thin wedges. Put apple slices and avocado wedges in a bowl, drizzle with a little lemon juice and mix together loosely.
  2. Rinse sorrel, shake dry, cut leaves into strips. Halve, core and finely chop the chilli pepper.
  3. Reduce the remaining lemon juice with sugar a little, then remove from the heat, stir in the olive oil. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper, mix in the sorrel and chilli.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the apple slices and avocado wedges and mix everything together carefully. Serve immediately.
