- 200 g apples, (2 small)
- 150 g carrot (s)
- 150 g yourt (3.5%)
- 2 teaspoons curdled milk, or kefir
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- sugar
- cinnamon

- Peel, halve and core the apples, grate. Clean, peel, wash and grate the carrots.
- Mix yoghurt with sour milk or kefir and lemon juice. Add a little sugar to taste. Mix the grated ingredients with the sauce. Season to taste with cinnamon.
