  • 2 cups cream, approx. 00 g each
  • 3 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. The recipe is for a round cake. Double the ingredients on a baking sheet.
  2. Prepare a shortcrust pastry base. Lay this out in a greased dish and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Cover the cooled dough with the chocolate cut into small pieces, then distribute the apple slices on top.
  4. Put the cream in a bowl, add the three egg yolks and the whole egg and stir. Pour the cream mixture onto the apples.
  5. Bake the cake at approx. 170 degrees top / bottom heat for 35 minutes.
