- 120 g suar
- 3 packs custard powder
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 packet cream cheese (coconut cream cheese), 75 g
- 3 apples
- 150 g coconut flakes
- oil

- Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy. Add the cream cheese, baking powder, flour and pudding powder and stir to a smooth batter.
- Roughly grate or cut the apples and fold in with the coconut flakes.
- Fry the donuts in the pan with oil.
