Ingredients

  • 500 g apples, unripe, peeled, pitted and cut
  • 1 ½ kg plum (s), quartered
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated (optional!)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 500 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 300 g preservin suar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • Chilli pepper (s), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring everything to a boil in a large saucepan and cook for at least 1/2 hour. Stir everything well and pour into prepared jars, close immediately and place on the lid.
  2. Tip: You can replace cinnamon and ginger with other spices of your choice!
