Ingredients

  • 2 apples, tart ones
  • 1 large radish (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, milder
  • 2 teaspoons jelly (cranberry jelly)

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut the apples into eighths and cut them into thin slices. Roughly grate the peeled radish. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix yogurt, fruit vinegar, honey, mustard and cranberry jelly to a smooth marinade. Mix well with apples and grated radish. Let the salad steep for about 15 minutes.
  2. Stir again briefly before serving
