  • 250 g flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 4 egg (s)
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder together well. Peel the apples and, after removing the core, cut into small pieces and stir into the batter (about 2-3 large apples, if they are very juicy, 400 g is sufficient). Then bake in a well-greased small loaf pan (or any other form) for 40-45 minutes at 160 ° C (hot air).
  2. After cooling, serve sliced (as a cake) or coated with butter or margarine (as bread).
