Ingredients
- 120 g applesauce
- 150 g natural yourt
- 1 small apple
- 3 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

- First roast the oat flakes, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown. Let cool down.
- In the meantime, put the applesauce in a bowl and pour the yoghurt on top. Wash and core the apple, cut into small pieces and spread on the yoghurt. Put the toasted oatmeal and grain mixture on top.
- Addition of sugar is not necessary.
