Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 °.
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.
Mix this with the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
Beat the egg in another bowl, stir in the oil, sugar and quark.
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and fold in quickly.
Bake in a muffin pan for about 25 minutes.
