Ingredients
- 2 apples (e.g. Jonagold)
- 50 grams sugar
- 25 g suar, brown
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon + something to sprinkle on
- Sauce (butterscotch sauce)
- 55 g butter
- 245 g biscuit (s) (oatmeal biscuits)
- 350 ml cream
- 1 ¾ teaspoon vanilla sugar

- After coreing the apples, cut them into small cubes and mix with the cinnamon, the two types of sugar and 4 tablespoon butterscotch sauce. Grease a baking dish and distribute the apple mixture in it. Roughly crumble the biscuits, mix with the melted butter and pour over the apple mixture. Bake the whole thing at 190 ° C for about 20 minutes and in the meantime whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Layer the warm apple mixture with the cream and some butterscotch sauce in a glass.
- Garnish the last layer of cream with a little cinnamon, some butterscotch sauce and optionally a few biscuit crumbs and serve immediately.
