  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 50 g butter, melt
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Walnuts, chopped
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grate apples and add lemon juice. Add all other ingredients (except cinnamon and walnuts) and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Top with plenty of chopped walnuts.
  2. Bake for 40 minutes at 20O ° C.
  3. Serve with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce.
